Troubling footage out of China shows a stepmother relentlessly beating a young girl because the child wet herself. The stepmother kicks, punches, and whips the girl for over four minutes as the child screams.
The video begins with the woman whipping the girl on the front of her legs repeatedly with the stick. She pauses periodically to scold the girl before resuming the beating.
The abuse goes on for several minutes as the mother transitions from whipping the girl to punching and kicking her. The child screams as she is knocked to the ground multiple times, but her agony elicits no reaction from the stepmother. Here is the footage:

is not known if the stepmother will face any legal action for the abuse. MailOnline claims police are aware of the footage but are declining to charge the woman, but the site provides no source for this claim. One MailOnline commenter says Chinese media outlets report that the woman has, in fact, been arrested, but we are unable to verify this claim. Child abuse is illegal in China, though the country admits it needs more infrastructure in place to care for abused children.

This is heartbreaking what she done to the child. And why is the camera person only shooting footage of it, why not stop the abuse?
What kind of a world are we living in where someone can think of doing this to a child, if I were the father of this poor child that woman would be DEAD. People talk of hell after death but it seems to me that we are living in hell, the last two stories I’ve read are this poor little girl and a poor family pet who someone stole and hacked to pieces. I’m getting to the stage where I don’t want to live in this world anymore. I don’t understand why the person filming that evil woman with the poor child didn’t intervene or at least fetch the police. That poor young baby girl will no doubt be mentally scarred for life over this, and don’t forget there may be more happened to her that no one has seen.
OMG this women is whipping the front of this little girl’s body and her pants and underwear are down! How many times did she whip this poor little girl’s bare genitals? Then she whips her legs and bottom, and kicks and slaps her! This is so horrific.
The woman should have removed the child pants, underwear, Shirt and whipped her with a belt
